This up down sequence is something we teach our intermediate level students and once they’ve learned it then it can become part of their aerial warm up. It’s a sequence that includes a climb and a descent, and once we set up wraps we move through them but never remove them to go to the next skill. This sequence works nicely as an aerial warmup because it includes inversions, splits and straddles and many opportunities to fire up the core.
