This self massage drill is like a deep tissue massage for the forearm. The muscles of the forearm are constantly under tension during training from gripping the apparatus. This massage can be a great way to relieve tension in those muscles. Start gently, applying more pressure to get deeper where you feel you need it. This can be a very effective exercise for anyone suffering from elbow pain due to over gripping. It’s also great to incorporate regularly in your aerial cooldown.
