We have many creative ways to check in with the hollow body position. This variation uses a partner and a resistance band as tools to help a student feel if they are “breaking” hollow body. It’s a great drill for kinesthetic learners because feeling the moment where the body loses its grip on the resistance band provides nice tactile feedback. It can also be fun to work with a buddy!
You will need a resistance band for this drill. Any strength of band is appropriate.
