Inchworm is a great multi-faceted drill that helps warm up several muscle groups at once. It’s great for accessing deep core compression, as well as warming up the shoulders in an overhead position. It’s also a great stretch for the hamstrings!
Inchworms is especially useful for improving leg lifts and any skill that requires leg lifts while hanging from straight arms in the air.
