Hoop Contact Juggling is a lot of fun and a creative way to explore the hoop without actually being on the hoop. We don’t often include this type of movement in regular classes because it takes up space and can create chaos in a busy aerial environment. We will sometimes include smaller versions when students are excited about the hoop but their bodies need a break from being on the apparatus. This is also a favorite for students working on choreography.
