Leg Steering is one of the most valuable concepts to learn on an aerial hoop. The goal is to be able to control the hoop and our bodies with our legs as much as possible.

Leg Only Steering is the best way to start aerial hoop students working on this challenging but absolutely worthwhile goal. The ability to turn side to side without the hands frees up the hands to do other things and builds phenomenal control.
