Sometimes aerial silk students need to put on their footlocks from the ground, and this technique for putting on Double Dancer Footlocks from the ground is our favorite to use when we’re teaching our aerial silk classes. Our unique technique for this skill gets students into more comfortable footlocks than the regular Figure 8s. Our method also teaches them about fabric theory and it gives them an opportunity to practice wrapping their Dancer Wraps while they are still supported.
