This excerpt from one of our full length classes focuses on understanding how to access C-shaping through core engagement and connecting that engagement out to the limbs of the body. It goes through several variations of c-shaping on the ground, including barrel rolls, rolling through c-shaping while lying on the floor, and moving the upper torso and arms through c-shaping in a kneeling position.
